About these terms These terms govern your use of this website and your online account. A loan is governed by a separate credit agreement, which you only enter into when you sign it.

Your account You must give us accurate and complete information, keep your login details private, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Estimates and quotes Figures shown by the loan calculator are estimates only and are not an offer. Your final costs are shown in your credit agreement before you sign.

Applications Submitting an application does not guarantee that credit will be granted. Every application is subject to verification, an affordability assessment and approval. We may decline an application and will give you reasons.

Electronic communication You agree that we may communicate with you by email, SMS and through your account. Please keep your contact details up to date.

Acceptable use You may not give false information, attempt to access other peoples accounts, interfere with the security of the website, or use it for anything unlawful.

Changes We may update these terms. The version number shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
